Paperless Billing -
Save money, time and trees by going paperless! Instead of receiving a mailed paper bill, we send you an email when your bill is available for viewing. You can then view your bill, make payments and manage your account all online, 24/7, with no paper or postage. You’ll also receive the electronic copy of our newsletter PowerLines via e-mail. E-Bill/AutoPay-
We know that sometimes it's more convenient to have your bill set up on automatic payment. That's why Emerald offers an easy option for you to make automatic payments directly from your banking or credit card account. Have a question about AutoPay that we could answer online? Email us. To sign up, click on View or Pay Your Bill.

Online Payment-
Click View or Pay Your Bill. to view your bill and make an online payment. Emerald uses secure software to ensure the privacy of your online account transactions.

By Phone 746-1583-
Not everyone has access to the Internet, or chooses to use it to pay bills, so here's an option that gives all the same features as the above two options, but over the phone. Just call us and select Option 1 from the message menu and follow the self-guided instructions.You can also call a Customer Service Representative and make a payment over the phone from your debit or credit card. We are eager to serve you; call for updated account information, to make credit arrangements, or to ask other questions about your account.

Come to the Office-
Emerald cashiers are available to take payments during business hours, at our office located at 33733 Seavey Loop Road. For a map and directions, see Contact Us. While you're here, inquire about EPUD.net or EFN.org, our premier Internet services. PLEASE NOTE: As of May 3 EPUD office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Don't have time to mail in your payments? Stop off at one of Emerald's many Pay Stations located throughout the District:

Payment Plans:

Average Pay-
This option levels out your power bill payments each month, to avoid the ups and downs typical for summers and winters here in the Northwest. Each month, this plan calculates an average based on your service location’s previous 12 month history and charges you that average on your monthly bill. Your payment will vary a small amount each month as the average changes with your usage. For questions or to sign-up call us at 746-1583 or email to customerservice@epud.org.

Equal Pay-
This options calculates an average of your service location’s 12 month history and charges you that SAME amount each month for 12 months. A new monthly payment amount is recalculated annually by averaging the previous 12 month’s history. At the time of this recalculation, any remaining account balance or credit is spread out over the next year into 12 even monthly installments either as credit or charge. This amount is either added or subtracted to your Equal Pay amount for the next year.For questions or to sign-up call us at 746-1583 or email to customerservice@epud.org.

**It’s important to note that Average Pay and Equal Pay options are not programs that will provide you with a discount to your rates. Also its important to know that we may change your equal pay amount any time throughout the year to ensure that you do not have a large amount owing at the end of the year.
