Energy Star Homes Northwest Program
Homes built to ENERGY STAR Homes Northwest Program standards will be at
least 15% more energy efficient than homes built to the Oregon State
Energy Code, by incorporating construction practices and
high-efficiency equipment specified by the ENERGY STAR certification
requirement. Incentives of up to $2,000 are available. Check out the program guidelines in the Related Documents section of this page.
NEEM Energy Star Manufactured Home Incentive Program
EPUD is promoting the construction and purchase of energy
efficient manufactured housing by offering a rebate to home buyers purchasing
electrically-heated NEEM ENERGY STAR manufactured homes sited within our
District. EPUD will offer a $600 rebate to qualifying home buyers.
