Board of Directors

EPUD's Board of Directors are your elected representatives and they shape our policy. We are a consumer-owned utility, not operated for the profit of distant shareholders. Public Power means we work for YOU.

Our employees and Directors are your neighbors, and they share your concerns. You can contact any Director if you have questions or suggestions. The Board meets three times a month, and these meetings are always open to the public. As an EPUD customer, you are also invited to participate in Emerald's Citizen's Advisory Committees. Board meetings are held at noon on the first Monday of each month, and at 5:30 on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. The meetings are always open to the public, and are held at the EPUD Building located at 33733 Seavey Loop Road, Eugene 97405.

Persons wishing to address the Board are asked to limit their remarks to five minutes. If you cannot stay within this limit, please notify the President prior to the meeting so an opportunity can be provided at this meeting or a future meeting to discuss your issue.
