Board of Directors Overview
EPUD's Board of Directors are your elected representatives and they shape our policy. We are a Customer-Owned utility, not operated for the profit of distant shareholders. Public Power means we work for YOU. Our employees and Directors are your neighbors, and they share your concerns.
You can contact any Director if you have questions or suggestions. The Board meets twice per month, and these meetings are always open to the public. As an EPUD Customer-Owner, you are also invited to participate in Emerald's Citizens Advisory Committees. Browse through past minutes or check our calendar for the next Board meeting.
Board Meeting Meetings
Board meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month and at 1:00 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month. All meetings are held at EPUD, 33733 Seavey Loop Road, Eugene 97405. **Persons wishing to address the Board are asked to limit their remarks to five minutes. If you cannot stay within this limit, please notify the President prior to the meeting so an opportunity can be provided at the current meeting or at future meeting to discuss your issue. Requests for placing items on the agenda shall be given to the General Manager and the President with two weeks time to develop informational materials.
A person or organization may request copies of public records under Oregon's Public Record Laws, as defined in ORS Chapter 192. EPUD Public Records Request.
